Safety Professionals Alliance depends on our generous sponsors to enhance our meetings.
Here are ways you can support SPA:
Cost of lunch sponsorship is handled directly between the sponsor and the food vendor, as SPA does not maintain a bank account or other payment processing methods.
Sponsors can choose their own vendor, unless otherwise stipulated by the meeting location. SPA committee members can also provide recommendations from reputable, local caterers.
On behalf of the Sponsor, SPA will maintain a RSVP list. Sponsors pay actual food costs (including tips and delivery fees, if applicable) for the guaranteed number of attendees confirmed by the registration deadline.
Average cost of a lunch sponsorship is $400-600, depending on number of attendees and menu.
